Adman were appointed by NIE in 2018 to the active framework list of contractors to provide all civil engineering and building works including:
- New 11Kv, 33Kv & 110Kv Control Buildings / Switchhouses
- Reinforced concrete Transformer Bunds
- New pylon foundations, equipment foundations, cable trenches & underground ducting and new palisade perimeter fencing
- Construction of complete substation sites and extensions to existing
- Delivery of miscellaneous building and civil engineering works across the NIE estate
- Works were undertaken within existing live substations, brownfield and greenfield scenarios.
