At Adman, community involvement and engagement represent one of the most important elements within our CSR Roadmap.
Our community involvement takes various forms. This is primarily based upon providing direct support through job opportunities, training and apprenticeships in the local communities where we work. We also engage with and support local charities and community organisations selected by our employees by making financial contributions, sponsoring local events, volunteering and providing work experience with/for local schools and community groups, supporting and encouraging employees and our local communities in their personal and professional development.
We also believe that working in partnership with our supply chain partners across all sectors and all regions where we work is good for the community. After all, it stands to reason that sourcing locally not only increases our bottom line but also those of other suppliers in the community area thus providing a strong and inclusive foundation to build upon.
